We have an opportunity for an experienced, engaging and suitably qualified VCE Science Teacher to join our team. This is a full-time, ongoing position that commences in Term 2.

You will demonstrate a commitment to best practice in teaching and a goal-oriented and evidence-based approach to improving student learning outcomes. We are looking for an individual who exhibit a learning disposition in relation to all aspects of this position, striving for continuous improvement in addition to bringing the required skills and experience.

What we're looking for:

  • Teaching experience in Chemistry and Physics is highly preferable.
  • Experience working in a similar position.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills including a demonstrated ability to support and interact with a range of stakeholders including students, parents, staff and the wider school community.
  • Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team with a high level of professionalism
  • Competent in the use of Information Communication Technology.
  • Supportive of the values and teachings of the Christian tradition.
